I am a holistic mama, healing myself and becoming a healer in the process! I love learning and teaching all the natural ways of living and healing. 15 years ago the western medicine and pharmaceuticals route almost killed me until I informed all my doctors, stopped all the meds, and started cleaning and healing my body naturally.  At one point I couldn’t even walk I was in so much pain and severe inflammation. Along with many genetic issues that got triggered with inflammation I was also considered high risk for infertility yet I healed myself. I am amazed to have a healthy perfect child, who I nursed for 5 years. I have been able to heal my body where I can walk and hike and live a normal life instead of having knee replacement and being childless and sick for a very short miserable life. I win! God and natural healing approaches saved me and I’m here to help anyone that needs and will accept my help!

Roxy’s Bonus video will cover:
A Lesson on Detox & Tissue Repair using all of her favorite proven methods and tools.

I’m going to teach you how to do a really well planned and successful deep detox on multiple levels like heavy metals, toxins, parasites, candida, fungus on many levels and I’m also going to guide you through the process of resetting your gut health & balancing your mineral levels to help your heal and body repair itself: I’m going to introduce you to products that are going to support your tissue repair in cellular level.”

Her objectives include:
Understanding the difference between toxins in the body and how to clean each one as well as how to replenish microbiology of the digestive system and restore mineral levels.

Stefanie Melo
Embodied Motherhood Coach

I had expectations of feeling purpose and fulfillment in motherhood. Since I was 15 years old, my deepest desire was to be a mother.  Instead, I experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, isolation and a crisis of faith.

Feeling like I couldn't be the mom I wanted to be to my five children, I knew I needed to make changes.  I began a journey of deconstructing and challenging everything I thought I believed. It was scary and messy. It felt like heresy! It led to a deeper faith in Jesus, more peace, and a wholeness I didn't know was possible.

Today, I am based in Arizona where I Montessori homeschool my 5 children ages 2-10 with my husband, Hernando. I am aligned with my calling as a feminist Jesus lover and a holistic coach to help mamas who are at any point in their evolving journey of faith and motherhood to reclaim a little more sparkle!
I offer a unique approach to life coaching, bringing a wealth of professional expertise including: productivity, planning, massage therapy, infant bonding, fertility enhancement, birth work, postpartum support, breastfeeding support, newborn care specialist, youth and children’s ministry and Montessori education training.

Your body, your baby, your birth, your way

Liz will share her stories of the 3 very different breech births she has had, from hospital cesarean, to hospital natural, to homebirth hands off.  She is a builder, homesteader, homeschooler and spiritual mother of 7 babies: 5 of her children live on earth.  Her hearth and home consist of chickens, a dog, a cat, and all the garden goodies she cans in order to feed her family and even others.  She is a holistic folk remedy maker, a quilter, a crocheter, soon to be knitter, tincture maker, and most importantly fermented food and drink maker.  One of her specialties is kombucha: a fermented drink that has all the pro and prebiotics we need to keep out gut health in check and robust for our wellness and health.  She loves making jams and jellies along with juices.  By tapping the maple trees on her land, she boils the sap down to make her own maple syrup.

Liz was interviewed by Vanderbilt University as a study subject on just how birth transforms women, how hospitals can create safe spaces for breech births to occur in a safer way and what they needed to do to accommodate women in the hospitals to facilitate this.
She is an advocate and teacher to all women about informed consent, what this means for our bodies, our children, our choices, and our outcomes.

See her demonstrate how a frank breech birth baby is born!  Learn what "evidence based" and "physiologic birth" looks like and means.  Ask the questions - is there a reason? instead of Why? Find out Liz's heirlooms she is leaving to her future generations.

Bilingual Children's Book Author

Sarah Herbig-Buttula, born in Saxony, studied Art Science and Cultural Studies in Bremen and Bologna. After finishing her studies and many years working as a museum educator in various Bremen
museums, she now works at an elementary school. She is married and lives in Bremen with her husband and son.

On many worldwide travels, Sarah got to know different cultures and kept coming across men in skirts and dresses. Her mother-in-law comes from Fiji, where men traditionally wear sulus. Influenced by her time abroad and her intercultural family, Sarah wants to raise her son free from stereotypes. She wants all children to be free to develop their identity and be and express who they really are. It saddens her that boys in our culture still have to deal with adverse reactions when they go to kindergarten or school in a skirt or dress. To show her son and other children that it’s totally normal for boys to wear dresses, she wrote the book “Dresses Are For Everyone!”

It shows that dresses and skirts are commonly worn by boys and men all over the world.
